Shipping and Handling

Standard Shipping and Processing Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items are shipped via UPS or other carriers.

Warranty and Refund Policy Castro Convertible Ottomans are warranted to the original purchaser only, for three years from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects of the mattress and mechanism only. The warranty applies only to residential use of the product and the product must be located at the original delivery address for the warranty to be valid. Warranties are not transferable and are only valid for repair, replacement, or substitution, at Castro Convertibles’ sole discretion. Refunds are not available.
